Existing orders and projects
For an existing order or project, you can also reply to your order or project email. For website shop purchases, visit My Account to check the order information available to you.
For a missing or unusable download, tell me the product name and what happens when you try to open it. For a damaged or incorrect physical item, include a description and photographs where helpful. Contact me before returning an item for return instructions.
Newsletter and Grimoire support
If paid content is locked, sign in using the email associated with your subscription. If you need help with access, billing, or cancellation, email Jennifer with that address and the publication name.
You can unsubscribe from newsletter emails using the link in each email. Unsubscribing from emails does not itself cancel a paid membership. For membership terms and resource permissions, see the policies below.
New projects and consultations
Looking for help building or organizing your business? Visit Consultation & Intake for the discovery questionnaire and consultation booking options. For support with an existing purchase, email me directly; a new consultation is not required.
Privacy and safe communication
Send privacy questions or requests to jennifer@apowerfulsorceress.com. Please do not send passwords, full payment-card numbers, government identification documents, or sensitive client records through ordinary email. If those details are needed, contact me first to arrange an appropriate process.
