By booking document preparation or digital branding services with A Powerful Sorceress, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Consultation Duration
Each service begins with a 60-minute consultation, either in person, by phone, or virtually. During this session, we will clarify your goals, assess your needs, and determine the scope of work required.
2. Project-Based Pricing
The base fee covers the initial consultation only. Final pricing is customized based on:
- The level of detail, research, or strategy involved
- Design or formatting complexity (logos, brand kits, document layouts)
- Amount of revisions requested
- Turnaround time (rush fees apply to urgent deadlines)
A written quote will be provided after your consultation. Work will not begin until you approve the quote and payment terms.
3. Payment Terms
- A non-refundable deposit $50 is due upon project agreement.
- The remaining balance must be paid in full upon final delivery.
- For ongoing projects or larger packages, payment plans may be offered at our discretion.
Accepted payment methods: PayPal, Venmo, Square, Cash App & Cash
4. Revisions Policy
Your quote includes a specified number of revisions. Additional revisions beyond this amount will be billed at [$20/hour or flat rate]. All revision requests must be submitted within 3 days of receiving the draft.
5. Client Responsibilities
To ensure timely and accurate delivery, you agree to:
- Provide clear and accurate information
- Respond to drafts, questions, or content requests within [48 hours]
- Review all materials thoroughly before final approval
You are responsible for the accuracy of all submitted information.
6. Delivery Timeline
Project timelines vary based on complexity and client responsiveness. A projected delivery date will be outlined in your quote. Delays in communication may extend this timeline.
7. Rescheduling & Cancellations
- Consultation appointments may be rescheduled with 24 hours’ notice
- Cancellations or no-shows without notice forfeit the consultation fee
- If you cancel after work has begun, the deposit will not be refunded
8. Refund Policy
Due to the custom nature of document and design services, no refunds are issued once work begins. If an issue arises, we will make reasonable efforts to revise and resolve it.
9. Intellectual Property
- All custom designs and documents remain the intellectual property of A Powerful Sorceress] until full payment is received.
- Upon full payment, you will be granted usage rights for personal or commercial use, as specified in your contract.
10. Confidentiality
All personal or business information shared is kept confidential and will not be shared or used outside of your project scope.
